The Heartbreak Kid
Man…there doesn’t seem to be much interesting in the theaters for a while. Well, nothing really “big”, anyway. We can already guess that The Heartbreak Kid is going to be tops at the movie theater this weekend, because America’s still jonesin’ (?) for Ben Stiller. Just put either his name or Adam Sandler’s on the bill, sit back and watch the money roll in. Ben Stiller’s dad Jerry is also in the film providing some of the funny, as well as Rob Corddry (of The Daily Show fame) and Carlos Mencia (essentially playing…himself). Oddly, it only seems to be barely ahead of last week’s #1, The Game Plan in ticket sales (with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson channeling Vin Diesel in The Pacifier). It couldn’t be that bad a week…could it?
