Well, how about that? King Dedede, Kirby’s arch-nemesis, has been confirmed as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl (which has sadly been pushed back to 1st quarter 2008). The pink puffball seems to be getting a larger presence in the game lately, with him and Meta Knight joining the fight. It almost makes me wonder whether Nintendo’s developing a Wii-based Kirby game for next year. In any case, I’m excited. I’d been thinking about whether Dedede would be part of a Smash Bros. game ever since Melee first came out. So, in essence……
