I feel like a colossal idiot today. Leave it to me to forget that I wasn’t supposed to come to work today. I thought my boss was going on a personal vacation when she said “I’ll see you on Monday”, so I figured, “Hey…I still have some residual deposits to take care of…might as well knock them out before I take off for the weekend.”
…only to find out that everybody already did. That’ll learn me to check on my work calendar more often.
On the bright side, I got to leave early and pick up some new manga and a DVD. Kiki’s Delivery Service, here I come!
