What do your shinigami eyes say about his lifespan?
That silly “It’s over 9000″ meme just won’t go away. I get the odd feeling that someone out there’s made an AMV (anime music video) where Light and Ryuk from Death Note doing the cheesiest line in all of anime dubbing (at least, before the “epic potato chip” scene at the end of that one episode). That Brian Drummond did both the original dub voices for Ryuk in Death Note and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z, the source of the meme, has everything to do with this post.
On a related topic, Code Geass starts airing on Adult Swim next Saturday night. This promises, if not genuinely “good”, to at least be entertaining, based on things I’ve heard from friends of Internet Friends.
