Another week, another short courtship. Now, I dug the two Bleach fighting games on the Nintendo DS. They were fast-paced, and most of all, they were fun (something that I wish a lot of licensed games were). I wish I could have gotten more into Bleach: the 3rd Phantom (a recently-released strategy RPG), but it moves too damn slow to be enjoyable. So, I gave it up and picked up Phantasy Star 0 instead. The free online play with Nintendo Wi-Fi drew me to it (I already pay monthly fees for Final Fantasy XI and City of Heroes, so why add to my monthly bill when I don’t need to?), and I’m hoping that I actually finish that one before I wind up returning it, too (Phantasy Star Universe, I hardly knew ye…)

Oh, look…another one.

First, before I get into the meat of today’s post, I just want to say that playing Bleach: The Blade of Fate as Tatsuki is hard. Short range and pitiful defense made it hard for me to get past the first round of Arcade mode with her, even with her personal high-powered Spirit Card deck. (Boy, does she ever need them…she’s an ordinary human in a world practically run by superpowered ghost warriors). No wonder she occupies the lower end of the Character Select menu with Yachiru, Kon, and Ganju’s pet boar. And I beat Arcade Mode with Yachiru, who is easily half Tatsuki’s size. *shrug*

Wait…that doesn’t sound right at all. Anyway, when I reset the website, I also deleted the pages that contained all of my Nintendo DS friend codes. So today, I’m going to repost them again, for anyone who wishes to play with/challenge me in any DS games. I usually get only on Saturday and Sunday, so seek me out at any time after 12 P.M. on those days.
